Individual Therapy

Via Telehealth

Our 1:1 online sessions provide a compassionate and brave space to explore and heal your relationship with food, exercise, and body image. Working closely with Courtney, you'll receive personalised care and support to help you build a flexible, balanced approach to eating and movement. These sessions aim to be a brave space where you may unpack unhelpful thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing practical tools for long-term well-being.

Courtney can support you with:

  • Eating Disorders (diagnosed or undiagnosed), including Binge Eating disorder, Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Other specified feeding or eating disorder (OSFED) and Avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID).

  • Disordered Eating & Eating Concerns, including those connected to anxiety, depression, and emotional distress.

  • Chronic Health Conditions, such as high cholesterol, hypertension, IBS, and other concerns requiring a non-diet approach.

  • Exercise & Movement Support, helping you develop a sustainable, joyful relationship with physical activity.

These sessions are designed to meet you where you are, offering gentle support and evidence-based strategies to help you feel more at ease with food, your body, and your overall well-being.

Cooking Therapy

Online support in the kitchen

Our online cooking sessions are designed for individuals navigating eating disorders, disordered eating, or those simply looking to build cooking skills in a non-diet, non-judgmental, and compassionate space. Whether you're working toward a more peaceful relationship with food or want to feel more confident in the kitchen, these sessions provide personalized, supportive guidance to help you reconnect with the joy of cooking—at your own pace. Led with care and understanding, we focus on gentle nutrition, flexibility, and self-compassion, making food preparation an empowering and positive experience.

Our rates

Individual therapy

All sessions are conducted via telehealth (secure video consultation) for your convenience and comfort.

Initial Session – $215

Includes:
- 60-minute session with Courtney
-Up to 60 minutes of collaboration with your care team, documentation and letters.

Follow up session - $180

Includes:
-50 minute session with Courtney
-Additional 15-30 minutes of documentation and team collaboration.

Cooking Sessions

All sessions are conducted via telehealth (secure video consultation) for your convenience and comfort.

Unable to conduct cooking sessions for eating disorders without an initial appointment

Rates and length of cooking sessions are guided by your personal needs.

Eating Disorder Plan (EDP):

  • Eligibility: Patients must have an Eating Disorder Treatment Plan (EDP) prepared by a qualified medical practitioner, such as a GP, psychiatrist, or pediatrician.

  • Services Covered: Up to 20 dietetic sessions within a 12-month period.

Chronic Disease Management Plan:

  • A valid referral from your GP is necessary, and the dietetic service must be recommended in your TCA as part of managing your chronic condition.

Private Health Insurance:

You may also be eligible to claim a rebate through your private health insurance if you have extras that include nutrition/dietetics. Please check with your insurer.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Intake Payment: To initiate your journey with us, we require an $100 deposit at the time of booking. If not used for a cancellation fee, it will be refunded upon discharge.

Payment Methods: We accept card payments and electronic transfers; cash payments are not accepted.

Different services and appointment lengths have varying fee structures. If you are facing financial hardship, please discuss this with your clinician.

We understand that life happens, and sometimes appointments need to be adjusted. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, we have the following cancellation policy in place:

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time.

  • Cancellations made within 24-48 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost.

  • 0-24 hours notice, or no-shows will be charged the full session fee

  • If you arrive late to your session, the appointment will still end at the scheduled time, and the full session fee will apply.

  • In cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please reach out as soon as possible to discuss options.
