Telehealth Privacy & Security:
CM Dietetics offers online telehealth dietetic services via secure video conferencing platforms. We take the following measures to protect your privacy:
Secure Platforms – All telehealth sessions are conducted through encrypted and privacy-compliant platforms.
Confidentiality – Sessions are not recorded, and client information discussed remains strictly confidential.
Your Responsibility – We encourage clients to choose a private, quiet space for telehealth consultations to ensure confidentiality on their end.
Data Protection – Any notes taken during sessions are securely stored in line with our privacy policy.
By participating in a telehealth consultation, you acknowledge that while we take reasonable security precautions, online communication carries inherent risks beyond our control.
Payment Processing & Credit Card Security:
We use Stripe, a secure third-party payment provider, for processing payments. CM Dietetics does not store or retain credit card details. Stripe’s privacy policy can be accessed here:
