Courtney (She/her/hers) is a compassionate, non-dietitian dietitian who is passionate about helping individuals heal their relationship with food.

With a Health at Every Size (HAES) and trauma-informed approach, she provides a safe, brave space for clients to navigate eating disorder recovery and find food freedom.

Combining professional expertise with personal experience, Courtney empowers individuals to discover sustainable solutions and a life free of diet culture. Beyond her work, she finds joy in making sourdough in her 'bread shed' and sharing the healing power of food especially carbs with her co-baker, Sia (dog child). Together, they bring warmth and understanding to every session.
